This market is comprised of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Congregate Living, Senior Housing, and Long-Term Care facilities. Serving more than 2,400 Senior Living Communities, Philips Lifeline and HTS are the proven industry leaders in providing commercial wireless resident safety systems.

HTS manages the CSP network and provides end-to-end product fulfillment, warranty, repair, training and certification, customer service, technical support, and business/marketing development.

This new CSP channel offers dealers a significant ground floor business opportunity representing the industry's leading wireless nurse call systems in the expanding Senior Living sector. In particular, the CSP network has been designed to include telecom systems integrators, low voltage contractors, telecom interconnects, and other high quality service organizations. Approved CSPs are assigned authorized service areas, wherein they work closely with Philips Lifeline regional account managers to sell and service our systems. The certification process includes web-based training modules and oversight of the CSP's initial installation by Philips Lifeline factory service technicians.
