Our Certified Solutions Providers offer an essential life-safety service for the senior-living market with our Philips Senior Living Solutions' CarePoint resident safety system and MainStreet Messenger personal emergency call systems.

HTS is the exclusive U.S. distributor for Philips Senior Living Solutions. HTS manages a nationwide Certified Solutions Provider (CSP) dealer network that sells and services Philips products in the Senior Living marketplace.

HTS provides end-to-end product fulfillment, warranty, repair, training and certification, customer service, technical support, and business/marketing development.

The CSP network has been designed to include telecom systems integrators, low voltage contractors, telecom interconnects, and other high quality service organizations. Approved CSPs are assigned authorized service areas, wherein they work closely with Philips regional account managers to sell and service our systems. The certification process includes web-based training modules and oversight of the CSP's initial installation by Philips Senior Living factory service technicians.
