Through a strategic distribution agreement with Philips Senior Living Solutions, part of the Healthcare Group of Philips, HTS is the exclusive commercial distributor and dealer network for Philips' CarePoint wireless nurse call system and MainStreet Messenger emergency response system for Senior Living Retirement Communities and Long-Term Care Facilities through HTS' nationwide certified dealer network. Philips Senior Living Division has 31 years' experience focusing only on the needs of seniors. It is the leading provider of emergency call and resident safety systems, providing products and services to more than 2,400 commercial senior living communities and 500,000 seniors in their own residences. To date, Philips has served a total of over 5,000,000 seniors.

Nevatec Innovation Technologies
HTS has an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Nevatec Innovation Technologies, a global innovator in micro-processed systems and critical communications technologies for healthcare.

The arrangement provides HTS and its nationwide certified dealer network access to Nevatec's Siena Care suite of intelligent wired and wireless products, including nurse and emergency call, access and wander control, real time location, and fall and inactivity detection.
